Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective/ Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us within 3 business days if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
If you have received:
(i) a damaged product during transit;
(ii) a product with a manufacturing defect; or
(iii) a product that has been wrongly delivered to you,
please email us at hellomanitini@tinygalaxy.net with your order number, reasons, and photo evidence. Please note that items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. We will make a note of the issue with the carrier to file a damage claim. This will aid in the refund process by the carrier. Failure to keep the packaging materials may result in being unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond to your request.
Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Product colours shown may have slight variance on different screens due to variations in tech device specifications. Therefore, colours may appear slightly different, especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered a defect.
Items with minor imperfections (e.g. slightly flipped clear protective film) that do not significantly affect the overall appearance or usage of the item will not be considered defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return request to inform you whether your refund has been granted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please be reminded that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Original shipping fees will not be refunded for any returns.
Failed Delivery
Please note that no refund (including any shipping fees) will be issued if the order is returned due to an error on the customer's part.
Lost/ Stolen Package After Delivery
Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that have already been delivered to the recipient's address. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment for any products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Unfortunately, if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. Even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand that it may be challenging to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time. If you have access to the location or can contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them regarding your package. You can also try to contact the mail carrier for assistance.
Retail Purchases
If you made a purchase from a retailer rather than directly from our official website, we do not have the authority to issue a refund for that transaction. In such cases, we recommend contacting the retailer from which you purchased the item for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with their specific return policy and guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the product if it is defective or incorrect.
Remember to review their terms and conditions as each retailer may have different policies.
