Orders and Delivery
All currencies(except HKD) are automatically converted based on USD prices using an automatic exchange system. This may result in slight variances due to currency conversion.
Our products are shipped from Hong Kong, so please be aware that global delivery may take some time. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs. The shipping cost displayed at checkout covers only the transportation fee and does not include any taxes or duties imposed by customs upon product arrival. Order Fulfilment

Discount Codes/Vouchers/Coupons

For orders under USD 80, the standard shipping fee is USD 6.
For orders over USD 80, free standard shipping is available.

EXPRESS shipping transit time: 2-7 business days

For orders under HKD 399, the standard shipping fee is HKD 40.
For orders over HKD 399, free shipping is available.

Delivery Delays
The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the mail carrier. No refunds for shipping fees can be made for orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times. If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process.

During the holiday season, there is a surge in shipments, which can overwhelm carriers and cause delays in delivery. While we endeavour to process and ship your purchase promptly, we cannot be held responsible for transit delays during this time. We recommend shopping early to ensure timely delivery of your items.
